FAQs We Get Often:
Can I refer myself when purchasing?
No, self-referrals are strictly prohibited in the Joe Martin & Associates Sales Consultant Program. Our program is designed to help you generate income by referring new businesses to our system, not to secure a discount for yourself. The goal is to build a sustainable revenue stream through referrals, not self-purchases.
Someone signed up through me but didn’t use my referral link. Can I still get credit?
In some cases, we may be able to credit the referral to you if the customer mistakenly signed up without your consultant link. If this happens, please contact our support team as soon as possible, and ask the customer to provide any purchase details to help us verify the transaction.
How long does my referral link track customers?
We offer a 365-day tracking cookie. This means if someone clicks your link and makes a purchase anytime within one year (as long as they don’t click another consultant’s link in the meantime), you will receive the commission for that sale.
How are conversions tracked?
All conversions are tracked through your unique sales consultant link, which is provided through our consultant portal. We use advanced tracking software to ensure accuracy and transparency.
What is the commission payout structure? How much can I earn?
Our commission structure is designed to reward both direct sales and team-building efforts:
$250 Initial Commission per new account you bring in.
$99 Monthly Recurring Commission per active account (based on our $499 Professional Plan).
Bonus Levels for Team Growth:
10% Commission on Level 2 (Consultants you recruit)
5% Commission on Level 3 (Consultants your recruits bring in)
Performance Bonus: Earn a $350 bonus for every five active sales consultants you bring in within a single month.
This structure allows you to build both passive income and team-based earnings, making it a scalable and lucrative opportunity.
When do payouts take place?
Sales consultant payments are currently made on the 15th of each month for the previous months sales. There is a minimum delay of 14 days before approving pending income (to account for 14 day free trial period).
Are there any requirements to maintain my status as a Sales Consultant?
Yes, to ensure active engagement and access to premium resources, we have a Sales Consultant Renewal Fee.
This fee covers:
Access to ongoing training, tools, and resources.
Weekly coaching calls and mentorship.
A private community for networking and support.
Administrative costs for maintaining the program and tracking commissions.
This ensures that only dedicated consultants remain in the program, keeping our network strong and ensuring high-quality support for everyone involved.
